A respected national leader in law enforcement, Chief Jennings has spearheaded national campaigns to strengthen police-community relations and enhance transparency. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Major Cities Chiefs Association, is the former President of the North Carolina Police Executives Association (NCPEA), and actively contributes to law enforcement excellence as a member of various advisory and leadership boards across the United States.
